Afterpay is available to our Australian customers only. Afterpay is a new interest-free payment platform that allows you to buy and receive the Shack Palace pieces you desire now, then pay off your purchase fortnightly in four equal instalments. You will need a debit or credit card, an Australian residential address and to be over 18 years of age. Select Afterpay as your payment method in the checkout section of our online boutique and you will be redirected to the Afterpay website. You will need to register or log in to your Afterpay account and confirm your payment.

When shopping at our online store, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can purchase up to the value of $1500 on a credit card, or $800 with a debit card. When you link your Afterpay account with a debit or credit card, some fees and charges may be applicable. Please refer to your banking institution for more information. The first instalment of 25% of the total order amount will be required at the time of purchase. The funds required for your first payment, which comes to 25% of the total amount must be available on your nominated card at the time of purchase. 

If you are a first-time Afterpay user or you are yet to complete a full payment from a previous purchase, the first payment will be taken at the time of transaction. The remaining three payments will be deducted every fortnight over the next six weeks. However, once you have used Afterpay and have no outstanding payments on prior purchases, this initial payment will be deducted after 14 days. If you wish to return your purchase, simply complete the returns process as usual in keeping with our Returns Policy. If you are eligible for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payments will be cancelled at no charge.

If a payment is not received by Afterpay on the due date, a $10 late payment fee will be charged. If the owing payment remains unpaid, another $7 will be charged after a further seven days. Shack Palace is not responsible for your Afterpay account in any way, we recommend contacting Afterpay for any information regarding your account.
