Berries with Vitality Elixir Cream

We love the idea of making our healthy snacks even healthier, and this is a simple hack to super charge your next bowl of berries or fruit salad. 

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

We use all organic or biodynamic ingredients. 

½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries

½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 tbsp fresh or frozen pomegranate seeds

2 tbsp vanilla coconut yoghurt

1 tsp Holy Mother Vitality Elixir

Fresh mint

Method:

  1. Place berries in a serving bowl.
  2. Put coconut yoghurt in another bowl and add Vitality Elixir, mixing it in well
  3. Place yoghurt blend on berries
  4. Chop fresh mint over top
  5. Enjoy as a breakfast with granola on top, or a snack at any time of day.

Served in Coppa, mouth blown glass bowl.
