Orange Coconut Carob Hearts

All organic ingredients: Gluten free, dairy free, vegan.

Makes around 20 hearts

Orange Coconut Carob Hearts

 

INGREDIENTS

100g cacao butter

2tbsp coconut butter

3 tbsp carob powder

3-4 drops Sweet Orange essential oil

2 tsp Shack Palace Vitality Elixir (optional)
 

TO MAKE

Melt cacao butter & coconut butter at low temperature (40°C)

Add remaining ingredients and blend in food processor until smooth & creamy.

Pour into silicon chocolate moulds and set in freezer. 

Store in refrigerator and serve at room temperature, topped with fresh orange zest.
