Yuzu Vitamin C Serum

Complexion Saving Vitamin C Concentrate composed with sun-infused extracts of Yuzu peel, pith and leaves grown on Lepaar's Kangaroo Valley property.

Yuzu whole plant extract is entirely different from the usual 'natural derived' Vitamin C powder enhanced serums on the market:

Our slow and non-invasive extraction process doesn't break up the fruit's chemical structure.

We also only use biodynamic olive oil to extract the medicinal properties, never water, as the minerals in water degrade and oxidise the Vitamin C, rendering it useless, even aggravating to the skin.

Yuzu softens even the driest of skin, boosts collagen production, restores elasticity and cell turnover, and, according to Ayurvedic medicine, soothes the 'vata doshas' characterised by space, wind and air, which is why it has been traditionally used for dry skin conditions.

SKIN TYPE

RITUAL

Use very little, a drop is ample. Mornings and evenings. Massage 1 or 2 drops max into still damp and warm skin every morning, using your ring fingers starting from the eyes. Your ring fingers have the lightest touch of all your digits and won’t pull your skin. This is a subtly fragrant composition that easily absorbs into the skin. Blend a drop with your night cream for a Vitamin night-repair boost.
