Shipping on most orders is calculated automatically at checkout. For delivery quotes on large items, contact us at shop@shackpalace.com.


Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping Days: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Weekend/public holiday orders processed on the next business day.

  • Delays (if any) will be communicated via email.

Delivery Time Estimates:

  • Standard Delivery: 4-12 business days

  • Express Delivery: 2-5 business days

Note: Allow an extra 2-4 business days for regional areas, as shipments originate from Byron Bay.

International Delivery:

  • 5-60 business days depending on destination.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on size, weight, and destination.

  • Domestic: From AU$10

  • International: From AU$15


Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • Upon placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

  • If you do not receive confirmation, contact us at shop@shackpalace.com.

  • A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships.

  • We typically use Australia Post for domestic deliveries and Startrack for International deliveries.

  • For easier delivery, provide an address where someone can sign between 9 am–5 pm.

  • Multiple items may ship separately, indicated by separate tracking numbers.


Currency, Taxes & Duties

  • Australian orders include GST.

  • International orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid); duties and taxes are payable upon arrival in your country.

  • Shack Palace must declare full value on international shipments and provide invoices as required by customs.

Customer Responsibility:

  • By purchasing, you agree to handle and pay all applicable duties/taxes with your local customs agency.


Item Availability

  • Inventory is automatically managed online.

  • If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified promptly via email/phone to arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange.

  • Pre-order delivery dates are estimated and may change.

  • For inquiries on re-orders, pre-orders, or waiting lists, email shop@shackpalace.com.


Changes or Cancellations

  • Once placed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • If errors are made in your delivery details, immediately email shop@shackpalace.com.

  • Shack Palace is not responsible if incorrect details are provided after shipping.

  • Missed or rejected shipments incur redirection fees charged to the customer.

  • Notify us immediately if a shipment is rejected to avoid additional costs.

  • Shack Palace reserves the right to cancel any order at any time at its discretion.

  • Ensure your provided email address is monitored for updates or issues with your order.
