While learning to throw with her first mentor, master potter Ray Outteridge, she realised that the work she was creating was literally a piece of Australia, formed from Australian Earth \u0026amp; then fired with native flora \u0026amp; waste from indigenous fauna. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eEverything from the Australian clays to the foraged indigenous flora \u0026amp; waste from native fauna used in the firing of this ceramic art is derived directly from the unique Australian landscape.
